How to Use AmeriPlan ® Vision

Now that you have
AmeriPlan ® Vision,
you can take your member card to a variety of vision providers. AmeriPlan ® is teamed up with a vision provider network called Coast To Coast Vision; a well know leader in the vision industry.
Below are step by step instructions on how AmeriPlan ® Vision is used:

- Find the Provider - To find a Provider in your area (Sears, Lens Crafters or many others), click the Find A Provider link at the top of the page or call 1-800-647-8421 for more Info.
- Call The Provider - Tell them you are a Coast to Coast Vision member. Then make an appointment with the provider and be sure to bring your
AmeriPlan ® Vision member card with you.
- Pay the Provider - During your visit, you will receive up to 60% on all products and services!
