How To Cancel AmeriPlan ®
|
Canceling as either an IBO or a member is very easy with AmeriPlan ®. We always hope that our customers will want to stay with us forever, but we understand that sometimes that isn't possible. If you need to cancel
AmeriPlan ®, send an email to
stop@stopmembership.com with the following 3 pieces of information:
- A brief statement that you wish to cancel
- Your complete name and address
- Your AmeriPlan ® member number or IBO number (If you don't know your member or IBO number, please contact AmeriPlan ® at the phone numbers below to get it)
MEMBER SERVICES can be reached at (800) 647-8421 and select option 2. Their hours of operation are 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Standard Time.
IBO SERVICES can be reached a 469-229-4501 and select option 3. Their hours of
operation are also 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Standard Time.
Once you have all 3 pieces of information, send the email to complete your cancellation. You cannot cancel over the phone with
AmeriPlan ® or with any of their IBOs; it must be done by sending this email. Your membership will be canceled 30 days from when you send the email so you will be charged 1 monthly fee after you send it.
