How to Use AmeriPlan ® Chiropractic
|
AmeriPlan ® Chiropractic is a discount fee for service program that saves you up to 50% on all your visits and X-Rays. Unlike other chiropractic plans and health insurance,
AmeriPlan ® has no limit on how many times you can see a Chiropractor.
Below are step by step instructions to use our chiropractic program:

- Find the Provider - To find a Chiropractor in your area, click the "Find A Provider" link at the top left of this website.
- Call The Provider - Call the Chiropractor of your choice. Tell the office that you are an
AmeriPlan ® member and ask if they are accepting new patients at this time. Then make an appointment and be sure to bring your member card with you.
- Pay the Provider - Your initial exam is free. Every visit after, you will receive a discount for all services which must be paid during the appointment.
